After Bells Beach, we stopped at a (go ahead, laugh) golf course that
kangaroos are known to inhabit. Yes, yes, it is all cheesily touristy, but
Andy, our knowledgeable guide, had a lot of interesting stuff to say about
them and it was different than seeing them at the petting zoo (although the
petting zoo made for better pictures ;). The most impressive part, though,
was the sheer amount of kangaroo crap on the golf course. Free fertilizer,
I guess... Anyway, after the golf course, we got back on the road toward
Lorne, where we made a rest stop.
